Posted: 24.06.2012 15:23 by JonahFalcon Comments: 12
It seems that PC users will have to wait another month before they're able to play as Connor in Assassin's Creed 3, as some promotional material for the game lists a 23rd November release for it, while the console versions show the announced 30th October date.

Is the month delay an issue for you as a PC gamer? Let us know.

It's not an issue if they spent the time making the PC version better, it would be an issue if it was nothing but a marketing decision.

I hope it`s because they`re gonna make mouse and keyboard controlls,i remember reading on this site an article in wich they said they might nor bother with mouse and keyboard anymore, well if that`s the case they can say goodbye to any money from pc gamers,i understand some games work better with a controller but on a pc it is REQUIRED to have mouse and keyboard compatibility,i mean you don`t see them making a game for xbox that can only be played with mouse and keyboard do you?

its Ubi. PC ports mostly disastrous.

And, is it only me who thinks that this setting in America is full load of shit?

No chosen you`re definetly not the only one,i was really dissapointed when i heard what the time period was,so many good choices and in my opinion they went with the worst,i mean they are clearly catering to the american crowd this time fuckin tiny dicked bastards,i mean the americans, and let`s be honest here, they don`t go a day without having to hear what a great country they have even though it`s clearly going down the drain,i`m not saying my country is that much better but at least we`re not deluding ourselves.

More than that danfreeman, in America, Assassins?! While Civil war? Assassins which look like Middle East Hashashins (Although they did not wear the hoods)?!? Wtf wrong with these people!

That was the first thing i saw wrong with the assassins being there, how the hell are they supposed to pass out as normal people, they`re clearly not.In Altair`s time they dressed as monks and scholars,in Ezio`s time it was the reinassance so everyone tried to look as gaudy as possible but how the hell is Connor supposed to fit in?He doesn`t look like anything or anyone in there.

True, his look gives him away more than anything else.

Clashing with the release date for "CoD: BlOps 2" by just over a week - not a smart move, Ubi.
Chosen, this Assassin is Native American...with a teepee on his head (well a deerskin at least). Interesting move, and will appeal no doubt to the North American market as it is meant to but I left this franchise at the first "AC" and there it shall stay.

How Native Americans can be connected to Middle East?

An immigrant lady from the Middle East had "done some things" with a native and she later gave a birth to a healthy cute assassin baby :).

I only played the first one so I don't know the lore that well but from what I remember it had something to do with genes, not so much about one's culture and heritage.

Not to mention that CA/Sega's move to Revolutionary America with "ETW" boosted their profit margin enormously, so why wouldn't Ubi want a share of that pie.

If, the sales of this game will be successful in USA...well, I'll be disappoint in Americans to the end.
