Really guys?This is the best you could come up with?Really?!Even if this is more of a joke i find this just... wrong.I`m not a feminist(ugh) or a very religious person but this doesn`t seem right.

I know what you're getting at, and I made the same point with "Lollipop Chainsaw" but was voted down. Lots of guys get quite tickled with these borderline fetishes, virtual as they are. I wouldn't denounce feminism too much as after doing quite a deal of reading and attending talks I've got a better understanding. While the hardliners tick me off as they aren't looking for equality but superiority, feminism (despised by more women than men, believe it or not) has brought women a long way. To the point in fact where men have been left behind in a lot of areas.
We actually need to do some catching up and is why I've participated in forming Men's Groups in my home town to make up for this. Feminism has instilled a strength and purpose in women, always there but never nurtured and they have matured.
We men, sadly have not had our masculinity nurtured but neutered.

I`m gonna have to disagree abit with you there hero,all the feminists i`ve seen are just hypocrites complaining that women are downgraded when the law itself clearly favorites them,how much divorce trials did you see when the father got the kids?Not many,not to mention the fact they complain about problems in the wrong places,first world countries treat women much better that third world ones where they are get beaten and whipped everyday and treated like animals,where the hell are they then huh?I don`t care much for women rights,i`m pretty close to being a misoginist but i give credit where credit is due and it is true what women have improved over the last decades,you see them working more in some very diverse lines of work while being pretty good at it and that i can respect.
Now about the man problems you are sadly correct,for example when a guy does something "wrong" he gets kicked out of the house regardless of wether the house belongs to him or both he gets kicked out,dude you have testicles and as such you have the OBLIGATION,not right,TO USE THEM.But in here our biggest problem comes in,the law.It is extremely stupid,you slap a woman you go to jail,she slaps you she was defending her "femininity",you look at her it`s sexual harassment,she looks at you it`s totally fine.How are we supposed to act like men when we get arrested for it?We need to change this stupid system imediatlly.

I don't think many of these issues are due to Feminists per say (and they seem few and far between now), but rather the Feminist Movement, and the fact that men just have not had anything like it to keep up the pace. Believe me, I have been at the receiving end of inequality through divorce (two of the bloody things) ad Child Support so I know. I'd have to say the most disadvantaged group in Australia, despite the inequality with regard to the Australian Aboriginal (a disgrace, but that's politics) is the Single, White, Unemployed Male over 40. So I understand your your point of view.
As for men...we are a sorry lot. First we were hit with the inequality charge, then the "sensitive new age guy" (a loathsome reptile who set the Men's Movement back a Century) and now we languish in a no man's land wondering how the hell we got there. We've lost what it means to be a man in the true sense, and with it the ability to be good role models as fathers.
A simple example. A guy breaks up with his Missus (wife, GF, old lady...whatever). The woman goes to her friends and they all have a couple of drinks, maybe not and talk.
What do the men do? Their mates say: "Let's go to the pub and get Sh*#-faced...forget her - worry about it tomorrow".
Unless a guy has one or two good male friends that just talk it out with him, that's the usual way. Guess who comes off worse?

Times are changing, and even my son at 20 yrs, thinks the younger women are all behaving like sluts and whores (his words) - they'll sleep with anyone, anywhere. Might be an exaggeration but I actually now fear for both sexes. This is in part, I believe to Feminism now having a bad and ugly reputation and everything it has tried to do has been distorted. As for men...we're just lost unless we have a good role model in a father, step-father, what-have-you and then embrace their own manhood (not literally *smirk*) and be proud of it instead of embarrassed or apologetic.

I come from a different era to a lot of guys here, and sadly most of the values and morals we were raised with are gone. The women of my age group who are now single all have agendas when it comes to men, for they have generally fared a lot better through their divorces, not all but most.

PS. Good thread we have going here dan, and I greatly appreciate your input as I help run two Men's Groups here. Need some more points of view (Kres, sign up more women to the site - go on a female gamer drive:D)

Hehe,nice to see i have someone to coherently discuss these things with :) First off i want to complete what i was saiyng about the game,having killer nuns in a game like hitman just seems out of place,like putting Spock in a Tom and Jerry flick,might have interesting ramifications but it still feels weird.
Now back to the male problems,indeed the drinking situation you described happens a lot but it`s somewhat better than a situation where the man becomes violent and starts beating up his gf,wife,etc... There`s no way the man comes out good out of that,he`ll go to jail thus screwing his life permanently,the woman might just shake it off or will have permament mental trauma but the worst situation is when one resort to murder,and that explains itself.We as men are the ones who have more problems than women but we were taught to suck it up and go further,something which we would do in peace if only women stopped bitching about their problems.Oh i`m sorry you had a hard day darling vacuuming the house,making dinner but i just came back from carrying crates filled with anvils(i swear what the hell was in there) all over the town to people who need them,just to get payed the minimum wage,and my back is ready to snap like a twig so you`ll excuse if all i want is lay dawn and relax and not hear your stupid complaints that you keep telling me every day.I`ve tried to help you solve them but no you just want to vent,well if you must vent at me vent by blowing more wind and less words.Sorry started rambling there.
Another problem i see at women is that they are plain stupid,and let me explain before you try to shoot me.I`ve seen many girls refuse a nice guy just to go out with an asshole who treats them like garbage,and then complain later that they get beaten.I`ve thought long about why they do this and i can only think of one reason,when the asshole acts nice to them they get the feeling that they`re special,some even think that they are controlling him to do what they want but what the dumb broads don`t realize is that they are the ones controlled,when she steps out of line she is beaten until she goes back in her place,she always returns no matter how beaten she is because she wants him to be nice to her,to make her feel special,well when you`re that dum you deserve your pain.

I must say i`ve been on this site for many years hero and only recently registered because there was something i just had to comment on,and i must say i have a lot of respect for you,your ideas and beliefs are always presented coherently and logically and you`re always right about something in everithing you say,i really enjoy discussing with you. :)
