Footage shown at Sega's Summer of Sonic event have revealed that the title character of Nights Into Dreams will be a playable character in Sega's upcoming title Sonic & Sega All Stars: Racing Transformed, joining such recently announced characters as Vyse from Skies of Arcadia and Gilius Thunderhead from Golden Axe.


This follows the official announcement of a remake of the classic Saturn title for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Nights Into Dreams HD.

Sonic & Sega All-Stars: Racing Transformed is due to be released later this year for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as well.
