343 Industries' Halo 4 will work with Microsoft's Surface tablet device, revealed executive Don Mattick. How the tablet will support our Master Chief wasn't elaborated or hinted on.

Doubtlessly Microsoft will want to use it as a showcase example of how their E3 2012 announced SmartGlass technology will work with games. Halo 4 releases on Xbox 360 November 6th.

The SmartGlass tech is all about tablet and mobile devices communicating with Smart TVs, consoles and other gadgets to share context sensitive information. How will that fit Halo?
