Activision has unveiled their latest Marvel Comics-licensed game, Deadpool: The Game at San Diego Comic Con. Everyone's favorite deadpan snarker will be lovingly modeled by High Moon Studios, which is best known for developing the Transformers titles for Activision.

The game will keep Deadpool's bizarre personality intact, and players can check out his official site here, as Activision released the following trailer for San Diego Comic Con below.

On the official site, however, Deadpool reveals what's really important.

I always liked Deadpool's Fourth Wall breaking aspect, I'll definitely be getting this.

Why? The Transformer games were developed by High Moon Studios, and are pretty damned good. The Spider-Man games by Bennox are also pretty highly rated.

You DO know that Activision doesn't develop, right? They only publish.

Danfreeman, why do you judge a game by it's publisher? Sorry, but that's a tad bit shortsighted. Activision has published many great games even though they suck when it comes to being gamer-friendly. Or even human-friendly, for that matter.

Oh it looks like i misread,i thought acti was making the game not publishing it.These guys made the transformers games? Which ones? Hopefully not the movie tie-ins.Well my faith that the game will be awesome is restored.

Jonah they do develop,if you can call making cod developing.

Activision didn't develop CoD. Infinity Ward, Treyarch and Sledgehammer Games developed the games from Call of Duty franchise.
Again, Activision was just a publisher.

Activision doesn't have a lot of internal studios. They have second party developers (Bungie, Treyarch, Infinity Ward, etc.) The only internal development Activision ever does is budgetware games (Activision Value).
