GamesCom 2012: More alleged Dragon Age 3 leaks spill out

A PDF last week hinted that Dragon Age 3 would be a surprise announcement at GamesCom 2012, and now a Dragon Age 3 logo has appeared, while a survey has allegedly been sent to several gamers.

The plot seems to be that the entire continent of Thedas is in chaos, with a civil war in the French-styled country of Orlais, while the Chantry has been attacked by magical forces that has left the holy council without leadership.

(The Orlesian setting was hinted at as the setting of the third game months ago.)

It is in this backdrop where the player (as a warrior, rogue or mage class) is given the role of Inquisitor to investigate the attack, and will have more business than just going on quests. Players will be able to create an army, send out spies, and even engage in political intrigue, which seems to be similar to Ezio's role in Assassin's Creed II: Revelations.

The survey also asks gamers which subtitle they'd prefer for the game:

* Dragon Age 3: The Breach
* Dragon Age 3: Exarch
* Dragon Age 3: Inquisition
* Dragon Age 3: Inquisitor
* Dragon Age 3: Apocrypha

Stay tuned to see if this leak is true - and if it'll feature multiplayer, as rumored.

Assassins Age? Dragon Assassin? Wow - I see a trend here that I believe will whine loads about later on ;)
Ah - heck - it is still wide open since DA2 so I can start some premature whining;)

I have a bad feeling about this one, but I honestly hope I'm wrong.

Sadly, if they go towards Assassins Creed for inspiration and ideas - they are still far off, IMO. Though, it might still be a decent game but this time, as last time, I will not partake in the crazy DLC-storm, the überhyped pre-order versions - oh wait - that means that I may have to play ME3 before DA3 then?
I realised with ME3 that if you don't get sucked into the hype and don't follow it so closely - you actually don't give it much attention really...
