For very, VERY hardcore anorak-wearing, coke bottle eye glass gamers. I have "TS:212" and before if the "Rail Simulator 2" and while a relaxing diversion, the DLC's will kill your bank account stone dead. The visuals can be good, aside from herds of cattle, or people for that matter that don't move an inch but for the big name trains and routes you'll be forking out $25 or more.
There is also the time factor. This game plays in real time only so if you wish to travel, from London to Hereford pack a lunch - literally.

PS. I'd just get "TS:2012" at a decent price if you like simulators, as I do. The promised features may or may NOT appear as "RS" gamers have found is often the case.

And now Steam Workshop is attached, herod. I feel for you. :p

The 360 controller makes perfect sense, tho, if they make it feel like a train's controls. If ever a game needed an analog throttle...

Bah humbug - I loath 350 controllers as most simmers do.

Hmmm. I'll look into that Heno. I like PS3 controllers.
Well the game's out and it looks damn good. Now to look t the Forums to find the wails and screams of the faithful as changes and bugs are reported.
