Far Cry 3's system requirements for PC revealed

Ubisoft has revealed what kind of rigs will be able to handle the PC version of Far Cry 3, which is due to be released on the 4th December in North America, and the 30th November in Europe.


According to Ubisoft, the system specs are as follows:

Minimum Specs

* DirectX9c graphics card with 512MB Video RAM
* Dual core CPU
* 4GB Memory


Recommended Specs

* DirectX11 graphics card with 1024MB Video RAM
* Quad core CPU
* 4GB Memory


Ubisoft also revealed the DRM for Far Cry 3 will be a one-time online activation with Uplay. After registration, online gameplay will be unlocked. Players will be able to play single player offline.

After Far Cry 2 and Crysis 2 I am also quite sceptical about this game, but none the less it does look awesome.

Thus far I will be able to handle this game with ease, but we will have to wait and see.
