It's been three months since Vostok Games, formerly GSC Game World, has revealed anything new about their upcoming free-to-play MMO shooter Survarium, which is based on assets from the canceled S.T.A.L.K.E.R. II.

The developer has released their third developer diary, which shows off some actual gameplay, albeit from an alpha build, highlighted by the Scavengers faction, Rudnya in-game level and some key features of the Vostok Engine that is powering the title.

The graphics are almost the same as in the last Stalker, perhaps they scaled things down for an MMO or maybe they never intended to go high-end graphics again in the first place.

They have to scale back for an open world game, so I doubt they'd intended high end gfx.

Not as much for the MMO, I was wondering more about Stalker 2.
But then again everything was still relatively early when they were forced to change direction so I doubt they had the full engine and related assets done by then.

None the less, whether the graphics is going to be GFX or not, I am still going to get this game, and I am sure I am going to love it. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. didn't have the best graphics, but it was an awesome game with a great storyline.

Oh I'll play the game no matter the graphics.
I loved Stalker and considering this is going to be f2p you can't keep me away :).

@SiyeanSokol: Not too hard to get Survarium, since it's free to play. :p
