Painkiller Hell & Damnation hitting this Halloween, but not in Germany

Nordic Games has announced that the latest edition of the popular old school shooter series, Painkiller Hell & Damnation, will be arriving on Halloween everywhere. Everywhere but Germany, it seems, as the country's ratings board refused it classification due to gore.

 
The game will come in two flavors, a Standard Edition for $19.99 USD and a Collector's Edition for $29.99 USD, which includes an Artbook, Making of DVD, the Original Soundtrack ~ 10 Tracks, 5 x Stickers, 2 x Postcards Out Of Hell, 2 x A3 Posters, Exclusive Power-up for Single-Player in form of a Tarot Card, Exclusive Multiplayer Skin and a Manual on disc.

I loved Painkiller, so I wouldn't mind getting this some time.
