Developer Power of 2 has announced that a free-to-play version of Dwarfs!? is now available on Steam. The free version will include the arcade mode with two difficulty levels, a challenge mode, the tutorial and the leaderboards.

The free version, which can best be described as a cross between Lemmings and Dwarf Fortress, will be supported by premium DLC, such as a difficulty pack, a tower defense pack and an endless mode pack. Of course, the other option is to purchase the full game for $9.99 USD.

Yech! No other way to explain it. Even "Castles" from the '90's looks better than this.

The looks don't inspire much hope but considering that it's a relatively well known indie game I thought that it was at least decent. Thanks for saving me the time :).
