There's a very spooky time to be had for Team Fortress 2 players this year as Valve gear up for Halloween. Valve are unleashing zombies in a new Mann vs. Machine mission.

They're also making us go against the ghost of a magician in a new King of the Hill challenge as we deal with the fallout of the Soldier's folly in angering the mighty Merasmus.

We also get two new achievements haunting our Steam profiles for each of the new spooky missions. Magic spells will be randomly causing mischief throughout the event.

"Among the many gifts dropping for you throughout our two weeks-long Scream Fortress event are spells you can cast on other items in your backpack to give them new effects– shifting paint colors, ghost summoning, flaming footsteps and more!" read Valve's latest Team Fortress 2 blog.
