Far Cry 3 goes gold

UbiSoft has announced in its Twitter feed that the third game in its open world shooter series, Far Cry 3, has achieved gold master status, meaning that the game will be on time for its release on the 29th November in Europe, the 30th November in the UK, and the 4th December in North America.

Pass. As with all Ubisoft titles, this will be at sale price within 3 months and bargain price by 6 (ten bucks by 12, I'll wager). I might pick it up then, if it is all it promises to be.

Not trusting UbiSoft yet and the FarCry franchise is not that high on my list over IP's I have been overly thrilled with. First FarCry was fun until the monsters hit the ground...
