Watch "stunning conclusion" to Hitman: Absolution's 'Introducing' series

The last trailer in the 'Introducing' series from developer IO Interactive for Hitman: Absolution is now available, where the studio reminds us (in case we forgot) that 47 is the 'Ultimate Assassin'.

They goad us into trying out 'purist mode' where we receive no in-game aid from 47's instincts, "just don't come crying if you can't handle it." Hitman: Absolution releases in just two weeks.

November 20th will plunge us back into the dark world of the bald assassin for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Pre-ordering now gives you access to The Sniper Challenge.

I'm a big big Hitman fan, and this seems like a really awesome game, but they seem to forget that Hitman doesn't have supernatural anticipation powers and whatnot, and that the game isn't about the best headshots in a crowd or explosions.

It's about getting a Silent Assassin rating with poison or an 'accident' and no bodies found.

I think that they have expanded the franchiose a bit - you see, according to developers, the hardcore gamer IS dead or simply too few to actually bother with as main target anymore - so the game has several difficulties instead - one is the - "So you like Halo bi**h?, and the toughest is "old school gamer eh?"
I think you will be able to get the old feeling pretty decently. I read an article in the Swedish PC Gamer of how he as the only PC player enjoyed a 3 screen setup and playing around and he was an old school Assasins player and loved the possibilities.

Me, I like the more casual style when it comes to the Assasins titles.
