Some players are struggling to connect to Halo 4's multiplayer servers. The problem began to arise three days ago when the latest Spartan Ops was released.

Users are getting stuck before the game connects to the main servers. This seems to reset rank and loadouts, with experience points being accumulated at a slower rate.

343 Industries are looking into the problem. "There are a few hundred players who have been unable to connect to our servers since yesterday," reads a post on the Halo Waypoint forum. "We're investigating now and hope to have an update soon."

The developer wants players to help overcome the problem by submitting simple information in this thread.
