Back in May, Sony announced that the PlayStation 3 version of BioShock Infinite would come bundled with the original 2007 BioShock. The company stated that the offer was US only. 2K Games has confirmed this.

According to a spokesman for the publisher, “I can confirm that the PS3 version of BioShock Infinite in North America contains a copy of the original BioShock. This is not the case in the UK - it's a local promotion in North America.”

BioShock Infinite is due to be released in February 2013 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

I know Jonah, but there is a new generation of gamers who don't own the original. Besides, denying a freebie, no matter if it's owned already or not, is always taken badly.

Unfortunately that's getting more and more difficult, unless they are willing to lend you their entire accounts :).

Which is not that big of a deal really when you know each other well.

Had a neighbour once who worked at Creative Assembly (Brisbane) while they were working on "Medieval II Total War". Many a late night spent pouring over the development cycle with him and playing with early designs:)
