New Space Missions. Okay, I might be into that.

Bugger that. "Normal" is hard enough with some of them.

Does anyone know when player with preferred status will be getting those extra character slots?

EDIT : Can anyone help me with a little problem I've been having? I'm playing SWTOR since f2p launch, but still can't post new topic or reply to old ones on forums. All I get is this message :

DjStefanovic, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I already sent several tickets to support, but I only got generic e-mail messages as reply instructing me to contact them via Skype, which I tried, but no one answers.

You ARE restricted with Forum useage as F2P. If you've been a subscriber at any stage, you do have limited access as I have now. There are many, many limitations in the F2P model and also the Preferred Status, which both only grant you two character slots (3 species specialisation):

It really is a just the SP story playing F2P, unlike "Star Trek Online" where virtually nothing is limited. You don't even have access to customer support, aside from FAQ's, which is why your ticket is probably being ignored.

Just purchasing some stuff from the store makes you Preferred. Don't even need to buy a lot.

There's not a great deal of difference with Preferred though. Honestly, if you really want to play the game properly, you'll need to subscribe.

I already bought an 8$ cartel coin package at f2p launch to gain preferred status. I followed the link you gave me hero, but there is no mention of forum limitations.

No there isn't there, but it was mentioned in an earlier press release some months back. Can't find it now and they might have changed it - I haven't had anything to post so I don't know.
It was your customer service ticket I was mainly referring to. You only get access to FAQ's and Knowledge Base, according to this.
Hopefully the message will get through to BioWare that this, while enough for the time being, will not keep anyone once they've completed their story arcs. Still one of the worst F2P models around.

It's not one of the worst F2P models hero, it's THE worst F2P model EVER!
Then again, what could we expect coming from EA...

LOL
"Warhammer Online" should have taught us something (dreadful, dreadful mess), but BioWare has a hand in this as well. They could very easily work on expanding the SP content, as this was supposed to be, even if unofficially, "KotOR III". As it is there's nothing left for anyone other than the core PVP players.
Hell, I'd buy an Expansion if I could continue my bedroom dalliances with Kira:)
