Mass Effect 3 producer Mike Gamble has revealed in an interview that the next Mass Effect game will land sometime in 2014 or 2015, and that more info will be revealed about it sometime mid-2013.

Gamble stated in the interview, "You'll hear more about the new Mass Effect game in 2013" and that it would launch in "late 2014 to mid-2015".

He then added, "I honestly can't tell you an exact (date) because full development on the game started a month or two ago."

The next-gen Mass Effect title will reportedly use the Frostbite 2.0 engine.

I'm willing to give them one last chance when it comes to ME.
What can I say, I'm a sucker for SciFi and ME universe is interesting.

It better be a sequel and not a stupid prequel.

Absolutely, that's basically a requirement.
They created the mess in the last game so they better fix it in the next.

I dunno nocutius, it's EA we're talking about here. Still, a sequel is a must.

That reminds me, I almost started "ME 2" the other day but ended up losing in "Endless Space" instead (as Lichlord can testify:p). Must get around to it some time.

haha yeah hero you still have much to learn my old apprentice :P

anyways agreed on the sequel being a must ive watch the extended endings DLC end replayed much of the series xept ME1 started with a premade save for ME2 sinds ME1 can take an amazing amount of time to get it on 100%...

anyways altough the extended endings were much better then the vanilla endings it still remained rather "average" it was accepteble but not the ending youd expect and theirs one tihng that kept bugging me and thats when shepard survives at the reaper destruction i mean what happens after "that" specific ending because it still remained pretty much the same if he didn't survive in exeption of that scene shepard inhales under the debris

so Lichlord, you basically want to continue the game after the reaper destruction??? , but the reapers return like every 50,000 years so you got no enemies to fire at if the enemy is not around. Or unless the game continues from the next few thousand years until the reapers came back, but you would have the same goal as ME3 (its like your repeating the game again but maybe a bit different).

no no no you get me wrong

how can reapers come back when they are dead anyways? :P

i want the sequels to expand on the aftermath of ME3 yes it will be some think work on biowares side to make a new "super" enemy other then the reapers

Like Stargate for example, first the Gould, then the replictors and then the Orii!
For Mass Effect, first the Geth, then the Collectors and then the Reapers!

When you put it that way, you have a good point.
