Sony has announced in their official blog that LittleBigPlanet 2: Extras Edition will be hitting stores this coming February.

Extras Edition will come bundled with the Cross-Controller Pack, which allows the player use the PlayStation Vita as a controller. The Pack also includes a new story, 5 costumes, 4 new tools, and additional creative goodies including 26 objects, 25 materials, 74 decorations, 148 stickers, 3 interactive music tracks, 1 sound object and 1 background.

The Extras Edition also includes previously released costume packs such as the Muppet pack.
