Too Human pulled from Xbox Live Marketplace

Thanks to the ruling by US courts that stated developer Silicon Knights had to recall and destroy any games which used the Unreal Engine, Too Human has been pulled from Xbox Live Marketplace.

Not only has the game been removed, but all associated items such as gamerpics and dashboard themes.

X-Men: Destiny also falls under the same umbrella of "recall and destroy" for Silicon Knights as well. Silicon Knights had already paid out $4.45 million in damages after the court judged it had infringed upon its agreement with Epic.

Ouch! Well guys (which includes men and women, for the PC-minded) with an eye to making money will have these on EBay in very short order, with asking prices beyond the pale.
I've see it with EA titles no longer published, specifically "LotR: The Battle For Middle-Earth" which by itself, and not including the sequel and it's expansion, can fetch $60-90. The three titles can cost up $200 on EBay, and they sell.

"foolishly tearful or sentimental, as when drunk". That's Ben, and most comedians to a tee. A very funny character in his videos, but on speaking with him he's quite dark. I don't pretend to know the guy too well personally, but that's the impression you get in conversation. He's as black and opinionated as you see in his videos.

Hmmm, they pulled it in the UK Marketplace as well... I wasn't aware a US court ruling had any authority over a company's dealings outside its jurisdiction (i.e. in the UK and EU).
