Gilbert Andreas has ended his 16 year tenure with Rare to join Sony Computer Entertainment Europe as creative director.

Andreas was the director of the company as well as creative director, and supervised such games as Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Goldeneye, Viva Pinata, Kameo: Elements of Power, Kinect Sports, and Kinect Sports: Season 2.

Andreas will be working out of SCEE's London office.
