Ghost Recon Online gets Assassin's Creed 3 DLC gear

Today, Ubisoft has announced a unique cross-promotion between Ghost Recon Online and Assassin's Creed 3. In celebrating therelease of the first part of the major The Tyranny of King Washington downloadable content pack, players in Ghost Recon Online can buy Assassin's Creed 3 gear.


The gear includes:

* 5 new Recon class items : The legendary Assassin’s Creed Hood and 4 pieces of body armor
* 6 new weapons straight from the weapon racks of Abstergo industries private security forces (F2000 SP AC, Fiveseven AC, MG36 KV AC, P90 C AC, Sentinel SR-1 AC, Pentagun SP AC). These firearms boast superior accuracy and improved recoil control systems

The items can be purchased for free with in-game Requisition Points or with in-game Ghost Coins currency from the 11th February to the 1st March.

I`m pretty sure the armor and weapons they said you can buy here were not in AC 3,well maybe a couple of weapons were in there but the modern day assassin armor was never shown in-game as far as i know.I do get what you were trying to say here Jonah it`s just that it`s a little typo.

The weapons are produced by Abstergo, the villains in AC. The armor pieces resemble the Assassin clothes (as seen in the pic.)

Yes but technically it`s not AC 3 gear because i never saw any of these in AC 3,the fact that they are made by Abstergo does tie them in with the games yes but why AC 3 in particular?
