UK Charts: Aliens: Colonial Marines debuts at number one

Despite lukewarm reviews, Gearbox Interactive's Aliens: Colonial Marines has burst into the number one spot of the UK gaming charts. Nothing new makes up the top 10, as all the usual suspects hover around the top. Dead Space 3, number one last week, has dropped down to second.


Here is the top 10:

1. Aliens: Colonial Marines
2. Dead Space 3
3. FIFA 13
4. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
5. Far Cry 3
6. Assassin’s Creed 3
7. Need for Speed: Most Wanted
8. Just Dance 4
9. Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed
10. Halo 4

Just before A:CM was out a ton of people bought it on Steam making it the top seller of the day,just one day before launch people bought it at full price for a God damn skin,that`s it,they risked 60 $ for just that,i know i should feel sympathetic towards them since i got screwed on Omerta but there were a lot of reasons as to why this game would suck and people knew about it for quite a while so yeah,tough luck guys you should have waited.

Nowadays it's way too risky to preorder. It's always better to wait for post launch reviews and comments from buyers than to spend money on potentially bad games.
