Of all the John Rambo films, "Rambo II" was the pits. I watched it with "The Terminator" at the cinema in a double-bill and promptly fell asleep in both of them. Absolutely love "First Blood", a true classic and a great novel, and actually enjoyed the romp in "Rambo III". The fourth, "John Rambo" was teetering on the edge of falling into the bland, dismal and sentiment-riven "Rambo II" but was saved through ultra violence and excellent sniper work.
Only good thing about "Rambo II" was Steven Berkoff even if it was boring for him, and poor old Charles Napier couldn't get a job after it (he actually went on "Dr. Phil" with his family weeping over this and pleading for advice - what a wally).

Arnie's so-called acting, and you have to admit when compared with "The Terminator 2" it was lacking in action for most of the film. Taken as part of a quadrilogy though, and it's acceptable.
Anyway, I can't help falling asleep if something bores me to slumber:)
