Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will take players to "more than 50 locations"

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag might have the leakiest life in existence. Even so, Ubisoft has spilled the beans on more details for the upcoming trip to the Caribbean.

Jean Guesdon, creative director on the game, took part in a global Q&A session explaining the title's finer details.

He suggests the size and scope of ACIV is comparable to the last game, although players should expect to visit many more locations.

"You know, we don’t really craft a game comparing its size to previous ones. ACIVBF will be significantly different from any previous AC games. The global world is bigger but its structure is totally different and will allow us to visit more than 50 locations."

"The 'main path', the story of the game, will be around the same amplitude than AC3 and the world will be filled with new gameplays and things to do," he continued.

"So I would definitely say that this adventure will provide to the players one of the most appealing and diversified playground ever seen."

You will play as Edward Kenway, father to ACIII's Haytham and grandaddy to Connor. Which locations would you like to access from the seven seas?

You probably hate every game that is on this site Chosen_one.
Assassins Creed 3 was a good game however there were parts that could be better,i believe that the new Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will impress us all in time.
The trailer looks defenitly awesome and to my knowledge the only other Pirate game with open world was Risen 2 and it was rather sucky.
Go Ubi!!

Apologies Chosen, but I had to moderate your language there. Staying off-topic can I please ask everyone to refrain from openly using language that some might find offensive.
Thanks guys.

Back on topic: Lord save us from Ubisoft and it's wild flights of fantasy.

Thats ok Hero.
The thing is, that it is not about assassins anymore, they should just name it differently. The AC2 was questionable in mater of assassins, but 3rd one is just disastrous!!! Native assassin!? WTF?? And then what? Pirate Assassin? OMG! What next? Make your bets SI mates :) We need to make some competition bout AC5.

@Chosen:
"That's okay Hero". Harrumph!
Obviously I must get more ruthless in moderating and less polite and apologetic.

Feel The Wrath of the Moderator (aka. The Inquisitor), or something along those lines:)
