Kalypso Media has brought Ironclad Games' 4X RTS into retail stores, meaning it is now in physical swag form. A "fully illustrated" manual, soundtrack, poster and hotkey card are included.

Rebellion added a number of improvements to Sins of a Solar Empire, namely some huge Titan-class ships, as well as doubling factions as each split into Loyalists and Rebels.

Graphics tweaks and AI enhancements are also a part of the package. Kalypso are distributing Sins physically across EMEA territories at varying release schedules.

Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion released digitally on PC June 12, 2012.

It is quite expensive to buy as a retail, boxed product (how I purchased the original "Sins"). As for the paraphernalia that comes with it? Bin job after 12 months.

I've been looking for this title a while but my limited wallet wont let me afford it, at least not yet.
Wasn't even that cheap on the Steam Sale so i passed.

Better off waiting for the inevitable "Collection" as the latest DLC will no doubt not be the last.

Besides, every time there is a patch all of your mods are incompatible, and mods are really what make this game for me, and you must wait for the next mod patch. Right royal pain.

I love mods, makes many games even better in so many ways.

The "Start Trek", "Battlestar Galactica" and "Star Wars" ones are the ones I play, even though the latter comes with memory dumps if not installed in the correct order.
Memory dumps - all I get these days, bloody dying RAM!

Hrmnn, memory dumps are not good, do you have other problems besides games?
Faulty hardware or bad drivers maybe?
