Want a chance at your historical or ahistorical figure getting into the Cold War sim that is East vs. West: A Hearts of Iron Game? Paradox and BL-Logic are starting the 'We are the World' campaign today.

Fans can submit their own characters with the best chosen by the dev team to become an official part of the grand strategy. East vs. West runs between 1946-1991 and involves plenty of intrigue.

There are foreign leaders to oust, puppets to install, espionage, oh and prepping your nuclear arsenal for when that Cold War starts looking apocalyptic.

"Will your leader be a benevolent soul with a fervent vision of unity or will they be a ruthless dictator bent on the nuclear destruction? Players are encouraged to participate and help shape the mold of East vs. West during its development and can even submit pictures of themselves," announce Paradox.

Full details on the competition can be found on the official forums. Basically you'll have to name the figure, pick one ideology and one trait, and maybe submit a 234 x 234 photo of them. You'll also need to state what country they're a part of and their start and end date.
