Gamers have become frustrated at the delay for the promised single player campaign downloadable content for BioShock Infinite, and Ken Levine has responded to their questions about its availability.

In a tweet, Levine stated, "DLC Update: We are working on it- have been since the game shipped. Things are going well, but plz understand: game development takes time."

Gamers had paid for a Season Pass DLC, and so far, only the "Columbia's Finest" content has been released on Steam, which was just the special edition bonuses that allowed players to start with 500 Silver Eagles (in-game currency), 5 Lock Picks, and six unique Gear items.

The Season Pass promises three DLC packs at a reduced cost featuring new characters, new stories and new weapons, none of which has materialized, annoying gamers who prepaid for it.

BioShock Infinite was released on the 26th March 2013 on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.

At least we should be grateful that the DLC won't be recycled from the scrapped parts of the vanilla game. Looking forward to this.
