Terraria 1.2 update dated October 1st

2D sandbox craziness Terraria will finally receives its long awaited 1.2 update, announces Andrew Spinks. It'll spreading life wildfire this October 1st via Steam. A video back in May teased the changes.

More details and a new trailer are imminently due to placate the 2D masses. The last update to Terraria was well over a year ago, and it was said to be the final update at that.

"The news you have all been waiting for... The update will be out on October 1st!" tweeted Spinks. Below is the teaser for update 1.2's changes from May of this year. The update was due in July.

Interesting. I wonder if those waterfalls are created by special circumstances? It'd be a shame if you could not move bodies of liquid by flow anymore.

Honestly I can't see sinking in much time from this point unless there's more, harder bosses, but it'd be great for the die hards, newcomers, and ppls still working their way through their first pass or two.

Already preordered it. Something tells me it's gonna hold me for quite a while once I get it in my paws :D
