Sony Online Entertainment's Kevin O'Hara has revealed in an interview with Kikizo that the upcoming super spy MMO won't have monthly subscriptions.

The ideal gamer demographic weren't keen to pay monthly "so I doubt we'll go for an outright $15 a month," he explains. Micro-transactions and in-game ads are most likely.

"We're acutely aware that shooter players are not used to playing monthly fees, so I doubt we'll go for an outright $15 a month, which works on some of our other projects."

"So we're checking out Free Realms to see how they're going to do with their micro-transactions, and we might incorporate some of that. We'll definitely have some ad revenue models. The Agency's the perfect place for some in-game product placement," O'Hara continued.

He also went into more detail about the games mechanics and talked some more about NPC operatives that can be employed by player characters. These talented individuals can help boost your agent or improve something within your arsenal even while your offline.

"If I get my own operatives, I've got my own agency effectively. We've got an operative screen - you might have collected a hundred different people who work for you."
