| Square Enix to reveal new MMO at GDC 2008? | |

Square Enix general manager, Taku Murata, will be hosting a special GDC 2008 session entitled, “The Technology of Final Fantasy”.  Murata will be talking about the new common technology platform which will be a new game engine that is to be used across a range of titles. Final Fantasy XIII is thought to be using this new engine, but we now know that Square is also developing a new MMO title that will take advantage of it. This MMO hasn't been announced yet but hopefully we'll find out more on the 22nd February when the session takes place. | |
