The planned DLC for Tomb Raider: Underworld, named Beneath the Ashes, has been delayed due to technical issues, and there for will not be released on 10th February as originally thought.

"An unexpected technical issue means that Beneath the Ashes will not be available to download on 10th February as planned. We apologize for this delay and we are doing everything we can to bring you this exciting new content for Tomb Raider: Underworld as soon as possible." said an Eidos Spokesperson.

More on this when we have it.

Personally I still think DLC is way over-priced for what you get. The new Operation Anchorage DLC for Fallout 3 adds about 3 hours to the game, but is far from perfect in its' design, and filled with bugs.

I agree. It seems to be the trendy thing, which for publishers means they're lining they're pockets more than usual. And it's not even new--it's just an expansion pack with less content. I guess if you think you'll have the chance to get DLC, you're more likely to buy in the first place, so I guess we are to blame for its success.

I've never bothered downloading extra content...unless it was free of course. Most of it just isn't worth what their charging for it!
