In an email from Gamestop to its customers, detailed information on the contents of the Beatles: Rock Band Collector's Edition were uncovered, revealing that the game will contain many instruments along with special content.

Instruments include a Höfner Bass controller, Beatlesque, Ludwig-branded Rock Band drums with a pearl finish, a metal kick pedal with a vintage replica drumhead and a microphone with a stand. There is also some additional special content mentioned, although we aren't sure what this will be yet.

Beatles: Rock Band will be out on September 9th, 2009 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii at the price of $250.
