Oh noes! Software piracy has struck again and its latest big haul is the upcoming Xbox 360 exclusive Forza Motorsport 3, from developer Turn 10. It's leaked way ahead of launch.

The racing simulator releases on October 23rd here in Europe, but swashbuckling coves have gotten hold of a 13.39GB file saying it's the full game with extra cars and race circuits.

"The file clocks in at 13.39GB and apparently includes the full game as well as extra tracks and cars," reports IncGamers. See, it wasn't us who discovered these dens of depravity.

Most recently Forza Motorsport 3 has been billed as the "only racing sim that’s shipping this generation," according to Microsoft's Phil Spencer. Who'd have thought it?

Just can't escape those hackers, no matter what the Publishers try. Wonder if they'll ever come close to stopping piracy, short of stopping game production.

Don't think so. Even WoW and other MMO's are part of piracy "market". Once thought that that will be the end of it, making games that are just for online play. But obviously, that was just the beginning of its own piracy story.
