With yet more Take-Two related news, Rockstar Games are said to be working on some "major sequel" for 2009 now that GTAIV is drawing to a close. What franchise will be at the mercy of fans delight we don't know but it could be a number of possibilities.

More Table Tennis action perhaps? Another manhunt? It could be a follow up to tongue-in-cheek 'Bully' with the return of Jimmy Hopkins...tell us please!

Rockstar being notorious for keeping their ports shut despite much inappropriate probing will probably end up being the last place to garner any information. Take-Two said it would be a definite "triple A sequel" which could mean Max Payne is getting a new call for pill popping after all.

Luckily the release of Grand Theft Auto IV should be more than enough to tide over peoples hunger for more details on this "major sequel". We'll just take our frustration out on the law, in game only of course.

A follow-up to "Manhunt" sounds good, as does another iteration of Max Payne (more graphic novel goodness). Or could it be...a GTA MMOG???
