The downloadable demo will get the green light on the Xbox LIVE marketplace this May according to the official games website. The game will hit stores in June but there's been no announcement if Europe will see a simultaneous release with the US launch.

The game was "built from the ground up for Xbox 360", it won't be covering the PS3.

June 3rd is the US date but European gamers may have to wait a little while longer, the site also says to "look for exclusive Ninja Gaiden 2 content available April 15th."
