Rumour: "Stolen" shots show MotorStorm 3's apocalypse

Alleged "stolen" shots of MotorStorm 3 have surfaced, and they show quite a different direction for the off-road racer from Evolution Studios.

They depict a tuned up car tearing down streets as the city of San Francisco comes crashing down around. The game logo is also seen.

It seems RPG and shooters aren't the only ones with an eye for post-apocalyptic settings as Evolution appear to have embraced it for MotorStorm 3 - if these "stolen" shots, as reported by PS3Gen, hold any truth to them.

There is no word from Sony or the developer studio, and as they've just confirmed inFamous 2 after all this time, chances are high they'll keep this as a 'super secret' reveal. Maybe it'll grace their E3 press event or sometime a while after? Hopefully E3.

Below are two of the alleged photos of MotorStorm 3, courtesy of PS3Gen.

Why doesn't someone just pay the royalties and make a "Mad Max 2" ("The Road Warrior") RPG/Racer? That is the ultimate post-apocalyptic setting available. Particularly as "Mad Max 4: Fury Road" is in early development.
