Kalypso Media announced today that it has signed extensive rights to publish Sins of a Solar Empire in Europe. Sins of a Solar Empire hit the USA top ten charts earlier this year and sold approx 100,000 copies over two months. Sins of a Solar Empire will be released throughout Europe by the end of May early June for £29.99. The European retail box will contain an additional bonus of six exclusive maps, a techtree poster and a comprehensive manual. “Its great to be involved in such a success story, this will extend the games reach into the UK retailing community and will enhance Kalypso’s expanding range and reputation. We see Stardock selecting Kalypso as a testament to our achievements to date,” said Jonathan Hales, Managing Director for Kalypso Media UK.  | |

And is for Australian release on Thursday 24th April @ AUD$69.95. Unfortunatley this delay will hurt sales as the game was reviewed in Aussie mags two months ago, with Kane's Wrath and Assassin's Creed coming out in the meantime. |
