Toy Story 3 tops UK for 3rd week

The UK all formats chart is once again crowning Pixar's animated Toy Story 3 for another week as it sells across Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and PC.

It was booted to 2nd place some weeks back by StarCraft II's arrival, but the Blizz RTS is now 12th. Red Dead: Redemption now lurks at 2nd.

LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 has climbed from 8th to 4th this week, and Nintendo DS' Art Academy flies out of nowhere from 28th to 5th. Madden NFL 11 entered in at 10th place, which isn't bad considering it's American Football in a 'pro-soccer' territory.

See below for the UK top 20 for the week ending August 14th.

If you ask me half of those games is crap! How come they are selling like mad? Are the casual gamers THAT many!?

If you ask me... They sell right? So they must be good right. I will get the Toy Story 3 game as soon as I get to my desktop (tomorrow) and see is it that good really. :) And yeah, Kane and Lynch 2 is out! weee :D

Gyorn are you really that surprised about how many casual gamers there are? The success of MW2 should tell you something about how many they are. :P

Its all about casual gaming. I don't see how pro gaming could be superior to us casual gamers. We are the bigger portion of the market so we deserver all of it :)
