Aside from aesthetic upgrades, a better online engine and a better customisable GamerNet experience - Tiger Woods 09 will star golf coach Hank Haney.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 will be swinging iron, graphite or whatever on Xbox360, PS3, PS2, Wii and PSP this August. Nintendo DS and the PC get snubbed.

"Our partnership with Hank Haney provides fans immediate coaching from one of the top minds in golf. This year's game brings unprecedented levels of customization and control, allowing seasoned vets and first time players 'inside the ropes' of Tour golf."

EA Sports introduced GamerNet in Tour 08; it lets players keep track of their l33t golf skillz, or something to that effect. Online play has been given a retuning which supports up to four players golfing simultaneously on the same hole.

The virtual coach Haney will offer players feedback on their performance after each round so try not to embarrass yourself too much.
