Well, not that we have sponsors or anything. Because websites like ours totally survive on love and hard-work. Well, maybe not hard-work...

They do however have a very important message. So important that I think I may need a can of Mountain Dew just to prepare myself for the importance of the message.

See what I did there? Product placement. Someone should hire me.

This message is for our North American readers... I don't think they even sell Mountain Dew here in UK. What does it taste like, does anybody know? Is it like lemonade or something?"

What was that? The sponsored message? Oh I dunno. Something about winning a real-life, fully functioning ATV in the shape of the Halo: Reach Mongoose.

The prize will be handed out on November 18th, you should probably go check it out. It's made by WETA, the same guys behind Lord of the Rings and who did all those props for the real-life Halo ads.

Good product placement, Joe. It's about the one thing I'll take away from this piece:)
They sell Mountain Dew in Oz, so why not in our parent country the UK? Oh that's right, we broke with you and went with the USA, all the way, in 1942. John Curtin and Winnie Churchill had a bust-up. Something about us wanting our tropps for defence against Japan, and the UK wanting them to die in Tobruk, Singapore and Malaya (which they did).
As for the comp, good look brehteren.

Pfft, who'd want to invade Australia in the first place? The only reason it was populated to begin with is because we sent all our convicts there :P

Much better they go die at Tobruk and Singapore ;) More useful that way.

No reason to invade really. Japan has bought all coastal property since the war, so they won anyway.
As for the convict issue....we sent you Rolf Harris and Jason Donovan. That made up for that mistake:)
