The Barbarian is the only Diablo/Diablo II class to make their way to Diablo III with the others ditched. The Necromancer for example was "a victim of his own success."
Blizzard isn't ruling out a return of the classes at some point but they won't be included in the retail release. Fans will likely be incensed at this revelation.

EA Sport's Peter Moore has come out criticizing the move by other publishers like Atari and Codemasters for launching lawsuits saying there are "better ways".
He's says EA is determined to minimise piracy but there are better alternatives "than chasing people for money." DRM is beginning to play a larger role for EA titles.

Lionhead Studios have patched their XBLA Fable 2 Pub Games, which lets gamers transfer their winnings over to the full retail game when it releases.
The exploit would allow Fable gamblers to dupe a game into thinking you've bet high when you're only risking some loose change. Finally the 'house' is the only cheater again.

Speaking at the GC in Leipzig, SCEE's David Reeves has announced that the new SKU will be available in Europe from October and will retail around 449 Euros.
That's 50 more than their current 80GB models on sale. The new larger sized PS3 will be missing expandable hard drive support, presumably they see 160 as enough.

Todd Hollenshead, id Software's CEO, has said he believes the levels of illegal file sharing is actually a joy for the PC hardware big boys.
He notes that a culture of "trading content, copyrighted or not" is the norm in PC land, something that the manufacturers have done little to curtail, if anything.

The game is described as "classic tower strategy gameplay", except it's not classic because it's in space, on a moon - with bugs. Starship Trooper fans should apply.
