Chris Taylor of Gas Powered Games has told CVG that the comments he made about Dungeon Siege 3 being a single character role doesn't mean the game is actually in development, and that nothing official is going to be made as the team are at the idea stage.

At an "RPG Premiere" being held later today Microsoft will announce their role-playing plans to the conference in Shibuya, Japan.
They're expected to reveal at least two Square Enix titles at the event and possibly even Blue Dragon's Mistwalker studio to showcase their next creations.

Belief and Betrayal English Demo Released

Lighthouse Interactive have released an English demo for Belief & Betrayal, an adventure game currently in development for the PC. The demo will allow players to get familiar with the main character from the full release, Jonathan Danter, a journalist from New York City.

Capcom has released a playable demo for Devil May Cry 4, giving gamers a chance to tryout the PC version. In Devil May Cry 4, players control the formidable Nero who comes to grips with his newly found power as his beliefs and allegiance are tested. Continuing the legacy of fast paced action synonymous with the series, Devil May Cry 4 pushes the envelope of excellence even further with the inclusion of a new combat system that incorporates Nero’s “Devil Bringer”.

Funcom announced today that Age of Conan has risen to the number 1 spot on the PC gaming charts, and has been performing well on the all-format lists. The game has sold out in many retail outlets due to its success, but Funcom aims to resupply new boxes as soon as possible.

Turbine today announced the release date for the latest major content update for Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach, entitled The Way of the Monk. Players will be able to explore the all new and much larger Three-Barrel Cove wilderness and take part in new hand-crafted adventures, making this an exciting and challenging area.
