Sony Computer Entertainment Europe boss David Reeves has revealed that the PlayStation 3 version of SingStar as sold over 220,000 units since its launch. Reeves also claims that each user of SingStar for the PS3 downloads on average over 6 tracks, with total sales for the SingStore reaching around one million units. | |

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe boss David Reeves has announced that a Metal Gear Solid 4 PlayStation 3 bundle will be made available for purchase in European stores from June 12th 2008. The bundle will include a copy of Metal Gear solid 4, along with a wireless controller and a 40GB PS3. No price point has been revealed yet, but we expect that to be announced at a later date. It'll most likely cost as much as the GTA IV bundle, which was £319.99. | |

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe boss David Reeves announced at the PlayStation Day that Killzone 2 will be released for the PlayStation 3 in February 2009. Pushing it back somewhat from its original date of September 2008, the title will skip the Christmas holiday season to be released early next year. | |

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe boss David Reeves has announced that over 5 million PlayStation 3's have been sold across Europe since launch, along with 48 million PlayStation 2s and 12 million PSPs. Reeves has also mentioned that the PlayStation 3 has been vastly outselling its main competitor (Xbox 360) in Europe since October. | |

The first details from the PlayStation Gamers day in London are starting to come through, with Sony Computer Entertainment President Kaz Hirai confirming that LittleBigPlanet will be released on the PlayStation 3 this October 2008. It was previously confirmed for September 2008, which means it'll see a months delay. | |

Sony has revealed a list of all the games that will be showcased at its PlayStation Gamers Day which is currently taking place in London. Games such as Mirror's Edge, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet and Resistance 2 are on show, whilst the list also includes Motorstorm 2 which now appears to be called MotorStorm Pacific Rift. | |

Game director Nigel Kershaw has confirmed the racer will have twice the number of tracks than the original and they'll be "more interactive" too.
He's also chuffed that MotorStorm 2 is going to have a real "strong presence" on Home, and he says it'll "start binding the PS3 online community together." | |

Yes Grand Theft Auto IV is still in the news and it plans on staying a little longer it seems. Rockstar have launched a suit against the CTA for pulling game ads.
They claim that not only did they broke a contractual agreement worth $300,000 but also violated "its free speech". GTA vs. CTA. | |
