Flagship Studios will be releasing the 1.2 single player patch for Hellgate: London soon. A public beta is now available at their website. The current build is 185.57 MB's and address a lot of bugs, UI updates, graphic enhancements, skill changes, class balances and much more.

According to a chat transcript included with the torrent file that has become available, an individual attempted to contact a CCP rep regarding this breach.

From other MMO forums the publisher seems quick to censor and even ban members from discussing these developments.

Star Vault are working on a new PC MMORPG which will take advantage of the Unreal 3 Engine. Mortal Online is a first-person MMORPG in a fantasy Setting. There are no PvP zones, only an open realistic world where you are free to choose your own path. Although no official announcement has been made, it appears that 505 Games and Arise are developing a new RPG for the PC called No Time for Dragons. The product page for this title doesn't contain any media, but it does suggest a release date of 2008.

Blizzard has apparently begun alpha testing the major add-on for their online MMO, this will be the second expansion pack to World of Warcraft.

It adds a new land, new gear, new quests, and most importantly for WoW fans it will let adventures eventually tackle the Lich King himself, the leader of the Scourge.

We've published 3 new screenshots for Fallout 3, which is in development by Bethesda Softworks and is currently set for release on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Fallout 3 will be released in November 2008.

Chronicles of Spellborn suffers ANOTHER delay

From the Duke Nukem Forever book of "will it ever see the light of day", long-awaited MMORPG The Chronicles of Spellborn has been delayed once again - this time until Autumn 2008.

It's not all bad news, though. Since the beta test began in March, reports suggest that the graphics and gameplay are of high quality and are only going to see more polish between now and release. The developers have also decided to make "changes to the server infrastructure".

BioWare and Demiurge Studios delay 'Mass Effect' for PC, slightly

Mass Effect will hit the PC not on the 6th but now the 28th of May in the US, while the European release slides to June 6th.

The development team which is a close collaboration between BioWare and Demiurge agree they'd like just a little longer to "deliver the quality that our fans deserve."

UK's PC Gamer mag has the goods on THQ's Warhammer 40K MMO

The game still being years away doesn't seem all that shy and it’s certainly a RPG at heart but with focus strongly toward action-packed fire fights.

Creative director Joe Madureira assures PC Gamer that all important races to the lore "will be represented." The MMORPG is being handled by THQ's Vigil Studios.

BattleHeat creates stunning World of Warcraft armor

The Official World of Warcraft website has a very interesting piece about modern day Blacksmithing, where a small dedicated group of “real life” armor blacksmiths inspired by the World of Warcraft universe were eager to show the community just how skillful they are by creating some great Warcraft armor.

There's an interview with a member of the German Workshop Group BattleHeat (the people that created this armor), they talk about the creation of the paladin armor set, the challenges they face and their ideas for the future.

They expect Warhammer Online's beta will punch through the million mark especially if the trend of signups is any indication especially once it hits the Asian markets.

World of Warcraft is the dominant MMORPG out there, some believe Warhammer Online could seriously challenge that title.

CD Projekt releasing new content through patches for The Witcher

In a bid to promote the mod community for the studios acclaimed PC RPG The Witcher, the team will be including little adventures complete with new quests. Patch 1.3 will include a story set before the game kicks off.

Gamers can use D'Jinni which is the mod toolkit for The Witcher.

NCSoft launches 'Discover' websites for Guild Wars and Lineage II

In a bid to increase both their player base and the allure of the online role-playing game, NCSoft have put live discoverguildwars.com and discoverlineage2.com.

They hope that the sites will entice newcomers to MMORPGs to sample their "most cherished and endearing" onliners.
