Namco Bandai's fiscal reports for quarter three have revealed Ninja Theory's action cinema experience Enslaved: Odyssey to the West hasn't sold well.

It hasn't broken half a million copies despite the very optimistic 800k estimate back in November. This casts huge doubt on a sequel to Enslaved.

Armored Core V retails 2012 in EU, "revolutionises the series"

Namco Bandai Europe has confirmed that Armored Core V will be arriving in European shops next year. It's being developed by the FromSoftware team.

The mech action is 'revolutionised' boasts Namco as it delivers "more content" than previous instalments. It also has a "completely new atmosphere".

Saints Row 3 due Fall 2011, THQ under "very tight gag order"

CEO Brian Farrell of THQ has announced that Volition Inc's Saints Row 3 will be releasing this Fall, but wouldn't reveal anything specific about it.

That's because he's been "placed under a very tight gag order" by the Saints Row team. The boss did tease that it sets a "new bar" in quality.

February 2's PlayStation Network EU update includes the release of Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 and X-Men Arcade as PSN digital downloads, and full game releases for the PlayStation Portable BlazBlue Calamity Trigger Portable, Lord of Arcana, and the PSP Bi-Pack which includes Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 + Splinter Cell Essentials.

EA is excited that we're so scared; Visceral's Dead Space 2 has almost hit 2 million sales since its release last week for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

Last year the original horror survivor from EA "didn't hit expectations", but the sequel is more than making up for it. Critics and fans have lauded it.

Sega's Japanese gangster game developed by CS1 team Yakuza 4 will have 384 minutes of cutscenes, which comes out to six and a quarter hours of CGI movies. This was revealed in a recent rating of the game by the BBFC, which gave the game an 18 rating for "strong bloody violence and strong language".

The BBFC in the UK has put an 18 sticker on No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise from developer Grasshopper. There are no cuts to the HD port.

Konami is publishing the PS3 versions in Europe and the US with PlayStation Move support. It's been released for Xbox 360 but only in Japan.

Batman: Arkham City "five times bigger", many things to discover

Rocksteady has said that Arkham City's footprint is "five times bigger" than that pipsqueak Arkham Island. Has "huge amount of navigational freedom".

Gamers can "go anywhere at any time" but there's always a "very clear idea" where you're needed. There's plenty of side action, "secrets, and street brawls".

Coming to Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network this Spring 2011 is Crazy Machines Elements from German publisher dtp Entertainment.

Players must use the four elements to overcome puzzles which "demand some serious brain power". It includes an editor to build our own mental traps.

Ubisoft's I Am Alive has been real quiet for a long time and now rumour has it that it's slipped from a full retail experience to just a digital release.

The publisher has "nothing to announce" on the game right now. Apparently it will be releasing only for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.

Ubisoft has announced two new bundles for PlayStation Network which will include the Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD and the Prince of Persia Classic Trilogy HD, both of which will each come on a single Blu-Ray disc and be rendered in HD.

A superhero based project called 'Awakened' is in development at Phosphor Games and the two trailers they've released so far has gamers excited.

Unfortunately right now they don't have a publisher meaning its under-threat. It boasts deep customisation and well thought out superpowers. Kapow!

EA and Visceral Games' Dead Space 2 has spooked its way to the top of the UK all formats chart, scaring off LittleBigPlanet 2 from the software throne.

56 percent were sold on Xbox 360, despite the bundling of Dead Space: Extraction with PS3. Overall sales were 70 percent higher than the original.

Survival horror mega star Dead Space could become a live action movie if developer Visceral Games get their wish, but they won't be rushing into it.

The reason Dead Space is so popular is because they strive to do "everything right," says the studio. They'll be "doing the same with the film" if it starts up.
