Working on Apocrypha for EVE Online was the first time CCP Games implemented the 'agile' method of software development, "really gung-ho about it."

It's the first time their Atlanta, Reykjavik, and Shanghai studios worked in concert with one another on a single project. CCP looks to keep the change, doesn't miss "huge waterfall phases".

Their upcoming Split/Second hopes to be "new and inventive" enough to re-inject some life. Gamers play a TV show race driver who can uses explosive effects to remove competitors.

While it was previously reported that Funcom and Big Stage were teaming up to bring real-life mugs of players to Age of Conan, it was wrong.

The confusion came from a competition involving the MMO and 3D "@ctor" captures over at Big Stage's website. The technology could have a big impact on future videogame projects nonetheless.

Warner Bros have confirmed the existence of LEGO Rock Band, it'll have "families, tweens and teens" journeying to a bricktastic level of "rock stardom".

Gamers can rock out in venues on "Earth and beyond" when it releases this year on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, and DS. It'll have tracks "suitable for younger audiences", plus build your own roadie!

The last of the announced exclusive DLC for Xbox 360 and PC arrives early next month, Bethesda reveal it'll change more than we previously knew.

Taking away the game's 'end' and upping the level cap to 30 is just the beginning, Wasteland wanderers can expect to bump into more mutants, and pickup more killing implements.

Sony have revealed the upcoming downloadable content that hits next Thursday will cost PS3 gamers USD 5.99, with no news on a Euro price tag.

Steel & Titanium adds two maps to Killzone 2, with Sony releasing a trailer showcasing the new Wasteland Bullet and Vekta Cruiser levels. The DLC was announced only last week.

The developer behind Project Gotham Racing has been hard at work under Activision, they seem to be brewing a modern day 'Mario Kart'.

French mag Joypad has the skinny and also splashed some visual candy around too in a six-page feature preview. It'll take trigger happy racers to London, San Francisco and Tokyo at least.

Grant Rodiek of EA has said the reason for The Sims 3 delay from February 20th to June 2nd was to cram in more quality checks, spit polish some more.

EA also wanted the game to release "simultaneously" on both PC and MAC platforms. Personality traits in The Sims 3 "fundamentally impact everything," only superficial before.

Valve's latest patch for their multiplayer shooter has spilled beans, all classes will be getting headgear in the future thanks to the new 'head' slot opened up.

Also added is a backpack that can store up to 50 different items, which will also let players permanently delete unwanted gear. This looks to be prepping for Valve's non-Sniper update.

The King of Fighters is usually known for its desire to punch things, but SNK Playmore reveal it would love to fly and shoot things just as much.

The odd matchup is currently named Skystage, it features characters from the series zooming through the sky, presumably, and blasting things along the way. It's coming to XBLA.

BioWare's community man Chris Priestly, otherwise known as Evil Chris, has Twittered fans and gamers could get more Mass Effect 2 info soon.

June 2nd is the date for E3, meaning we could be showered with clips and the like sometime around mid-May. It was from a team meeting that Priestly brings us this "marketing hint".

Microsoft have announced a new bundle is on the way, one that celebrates the success of Bungie's Halo 3 and Lionhead's Fable II.

The accompanying titles are boxed with an Xbox 360 Elite console priced at $399, so the two games are free. GameStop lists the Game of the Year edition as being on sale from May 4th.

Judge orders Activision to "turn over the source code" to Genius

While having been cleared of any wrongdoing, the same Judge was rather frank when it came to the fate of the source code: "It belongs to them... I'm done."

Activision has been told to hand over all source code material for Scratch: The Ultimate DJ back to Genius, which they were withholding after Genius cancelled a contract with 7 Studios.

Radical Entertainment has revealed there will be no online time for Prototype, or it's genetically superior anti-hero Alex Mercer when it releases.

The game is "an origin story", with the added bonus of "focusing purely" on singleplayer being the extra powers they grant the player. There's plenty of "big smile" moments to be had.

Obsidian working on Fallout: New Vegas, not a sequel says Hines

Bethesda's Pete Hines has revealed the existence of a new Fallout game, one that's not being handled by them but Obsidian Entertainment.

The Alpha Protocol dev will be releasing the new entry into the series next year on multiple platforms. No juicy details were given, except it's much closer in location to the original games.

Kojima Productions have potentially opened Pandora's box by suggesting if they get enough fan feedback, they'll seriously consider a sequel much sooner.

Zone of the Enders is a mech fest, thus it has a cult following for the series. During a recent MGS 'Integral Podcast', Konami's Aki Saito said they "just want to know" how bad fans want it.

For the Xbox 360 reaching the one million milestone in Japan, the corporate giant has decided to give away one million Microsoft Points.

Microsoft unveiled their generosity during the Tokyo event that's ongoing, hopefully it means they'll split it into smaller chunks and not hand out one point for ever one console.
