We Europeans seem a bit crazy for the racing game which is only a taste of the full Gran Turismo 5 to be released in the future. This Prologue rush has given Sony their first pre-release platinum title for the PS3.
The game will be released and available on Blu-ray disc on March 26, a download via PSN will come online the day after. | |

Human Head studios developed the first-person shooter Prey for Xbox360 and PC. New game design company Radar Group was the source of the leak which has since been plugged.
Their site hosted a concept art (pictured left) for the new game and a small but tantalising description of the plot. | |

Sega announced today that a Condemned 2 demo has been released on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Available for immediate download, the demo is taken from mid-way through the first level and gives players an opportunity to get to grips with Ethan Thomas, the former Serial Crimes Unit investigator, in his crusade to discover just what is going on in the sinister world around him. | |
| BBFC has awarded the much controversial 'Manhunt 2' an 18 rating | |

The British Board of Film Classification at first refused to give the game a rating because they believe it contained material too harmful for the public. However after a lengthy appeals process Rockstar Game's Manhunt 2 will now be able to go on sale in the UK.
The Video Appeals Committee is an independent body which deliver a four-to-three verdict that the BBFC must give the game a certificate for sale. | |

In another attempt to woo or perhaps now scare the investors of Take-Two, John Riccitiello the CEO of EA has issued a warning that if EA pulls out its bid then stock will likely dwindle.
Take-Two bosses have been keen to play this type of 'friendly advice' as scare mongering and an 'underhanded' method to buyout the company at such an underrated value. | |

Sony are very happy with themselves at the moment as the NPD Group report the PS3 has outsold the Xbox360 for a second successive month in the US, Microsoft have claimed stock shortages are to blame.
With big name titles like GT5 Prologue, the latest Metal Gear and GTAIV coming soon to PS3 they expect to keep their rivals sweating. | |

Mass Effect will be arriving on PCs this May with significant upgrades over its console counterpart. BioWare senior manager Matt Atwood revealed in an interview that they will be working to bring a PC version of their upcoming sequel "as quickly as possible". Mass Effect 2 hasn't been confirmed for any platform but the PC at this time so it remains to be seen if Microsoft has managed to secure another launch exclusivity deal. | |
