That's '38 Studios' as a name, not 38 separate developers just in case any were confused for a second there.

Having been seduced by Epic's latest Unreal Engine they believe it will lead to greater success with already completed engines in place, taking the pressure and risk off to allow for a better development time delivering an excellence their team "strives for".

While the 'embargo' of information is still in effect and will end on March 19, there's still a trickle or too - not for the Sims though.

No longer will Sims be tied to the crucial process of eat-sleep-pee but will now have a new system which lets gamers (and Sims) enjoy the new seamless open town environment.

Bully 360 bugs makes Rockstar cry, beg for forgiveness

And after we heard just why there are horrid bugs in the 360 version of Bully, you can't help but feel sympathy for Rockstar. They worked hard on the game and had no issues in their QA testing. So how did this happen?

According to a statement from Rockstar to Kotaku, "It appears that some older 360s are experiencing frame-rate issues, freezes and other problems. You have our word that we never experienced any of this in QA - in any of our offices or at Microsoft," he stated.

That really, really sucks. Rockstar undoubtedly didn't want to have red ring of death problems and invested in newer 360 consoles, which is somehow biting them right in the ass. How can you not feel bad for them?

Resident Evil 5 climbing aboard zombie death train, ticket stub shows...October?

We're not sure about this one, it's just a rumor for now. But we do know that Capcom said their big shooter was set for a release this year. It's still early in the year, so they could push it back...but not according to EGM and PSU magazines.

October sounds nice, but why not step it up to August, or maybe June. You know, just so we can get Gametrailer's top anticipated game of the year earlier and enjoy it like we did Resident Evil 4.
