Microsoft will be continuing its Xbox 360 policy of not allowing independent developers to self-publish on the Xbox One on Xbox Live Arcade. They must have a publisher with either Microsoft or a third party company.

Developer Crytek has updated their games product page for Ryse, their Roman-era and Kinect-powered action title. It's revealed that Ryse will be 'exclusive' to the Xbox One, taking full advantage of the new Kinect.
Of course it'll also have all that extra horsepower under the hood for Crytek's CryEngine 3, like support of DirectX 11. They've a countdown for an announcement in 21 days.

The charming sandbox kingdom builder Stonehearth has managed to reach a highly sort after stretch goal at the $400,000 mark, which means come launch there'll be co-op multiplayer.
Previous goals reached were Mac & Linux ports, PvP city raids and a bunch of new character classes and animals. There's one week left with Festivals next at $450k.

Warner Bros. has decided the PC brigade need some Mortal Kombat in their diet and so announce the Komplete Edition, which crams in every released bit of DLC for NetherRealm's visceral brawler.
There are 15 Klassic Mortal Kombat Skins and 3 Klassic Fatalities included. It has been adapted for PC by High Voltage Software, and it includes Tag Team, Challenge Tower and a full story.

Deep Silver has unveiled plans for a Season Pass for 4A Games' Metro: Last Light. Included in the package of upcoming DLC are additions to the storyline, as well as "interesting tools" for fans to explore the game.
The packs will be releasing over the coming summer, with the Faction and Chronicles Packs adding new and original gameplay. There's also a solo challenge for veterans.

The remaining two character paths for WildStar have been given the video treatment by developer Carbine. The Scientist and Settler paths joins the Explorer and Soldier as they're finally exposed in more detail.

Age of Conan is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a wave of huge monsters terrorising the MMO world of Hyboria. Beginning tomorrow at 4.00pm CET/10.00am EST there'll be huge boss monsters for five days.

Wargaming.net is revamping artillery in their 8.6 update for World of Tanks as the studio looks to make advancing through that class "more comfortable for players." It'll have a "normal ten tier structure" to follow.
That means that tier 8 SPGs are bumped up to tier X, while the newly introduced SPGs will fill in the space left in the middle tiers. A new British tank is also being added.

Retailer Zavvi prices Xbox One at £399.99

While the Xbox One is due for launch this year, Microsoft is yet to unveil any official price points for the next generation hardware. UK retailer Zavvi still thought to have a bash at it though and reckons £399.99.
It seems to be the sort of price range we can expect according to industry sources, but so far Zavvi appears to be the only one putting a price to it. Other retail pre-orders are just reservations.

The MMORPG Guild Wars 2 is from now on a bit cheaper as NCSoft and developer ArenaNet has snipped the price tag down, which came into effect yesterday. The standard edition now costs $50 / £34.99.
The Digital Deluxe is lowered to $70 / £49.99. They decided to permanently lower the price to lure in more players as ArenaNet keeps releasing new episodic content.
