With the GameSpy Technologies shutdown this May 31st there are going to be a lot of games with any multiplayer, unless studios get patching. Crytek has confirmed Crysis 1 & 2 will be losing their online portions.
May 31st will be the "conclusion of online multiplayer support" as the GameSpy service shuts off. Both games' single-player campaigns are "unaffected by this transition,".
While Rollercoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile is now out on iPhone and iPad, boiling the blood of veteran RCT fans. Atari announce the "completely different" PC version is due this holiday. It's a "multiplayer" version, apparently.
Atari say it'll have "even more social features" with co-operative gameplay. It's unclear if they mean 'more social' than the mobile version, or previous PC releases.
Wow. That's the only possible response to this frankly terrifying feat of gaming from a speedrunning team zooming their way through Valve's venerable sci-fi shooter, Half-Life.

Titanfall: Expedition will be the first DLC pack to be released for Respawn Entertainment's multiplayer shooter. It's coming in May, according to the developer's PAX East panel. Additionally, players will receive new game modes in the form of free updates, with the first being a 2v2 version of Last Titan Standing.

The Early Access version of Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar is now marching into the fourth campaign chapter as Longbow Games releases the latest content update. They warn it's still a work in progress.

The free-to-play shooter Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Phantoms is now available to play on PC as it releases over Steam. There are three starter and advanced packs being sold at £6.99 and £18.99 respectively.
There's also a squad pack for £29.99. Yep - it's free-to-play alright. It's a third-person, team-based tactical shooter as you'd expect of the Ghost Recon series, with 16-player matches.
